What vendors does Interface’s Managed Services Blend replace?
Interface will become your sole provider for Network, Firewall, WiFi, and Voice. Interface also has a wide array of other services like Video Management, Alarm monitoring, and Video
Analytics in case you would like to sign up for additional services.
How many phones are included in the pricing?
Interface will schedule installation around times
that work best for you. Typically, our tech will arrive onsite around 8am and be there for 4-5 hours. Please note that your restaurant will not be down while installation is taking place.
Do I have to install anything myself?
No. Interface has a North American network of professional technicians to install your new system. The Install, set-up, and future maintenance is all included in the pricing. Interface will coordinate with your General Contractor and pre-define locations for them to wire as part of their build.
How do I sign up?
Waba Grill Corporate has pre-negotiated pricing on your behalf, making the sign-up process simple and easy. Fill in the Managed Services form to answer a few simple questions like address and payment information. From there the Interface order desk will send a digital agreement for signature, and the Interface team will coordinate with you for your installation timeline.
